PACK-ALL 2 YEAR WARRANTY

    If any warranted part of your Pack-All shrink packaging equipment fails within the Two (2) Year Warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, Pack-All will furnish and ship the required replacement part (standard ground delivery) without charge.  Warranted parts replaced must be returned to Pack-All with shipping charges prepaid.

Diagnostic and labor charges for removal and installation of any defective component is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser or Distributor.  Pack-All’s responsibility is limited solely to the components listed as warranted in this document.  This warranty does not cover damage by: accident, abuse, misuse, installation in abnormal conditions of moisture, dirt or temperature, corrosive material(s), misapplication or improper installation.  Negligence in installation, use or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures will nullify the warranty.  This warranty extends to the Purchaser for two (2) years and becomes valid upon receipt at Pack-All of the completed warranty card (sent with each machine), which must be returned within two (2) weeks of shipment.

Shipping damages must be identified at the time of delivery.  Any observed damage must be noted on the bill of lading and, if possible, photographed and followed by a claim made to the freight carrier by the Purchaser.  If the shipment is refused due to excessive damage, the Distributor must be notified and the shipment returned to the point of origin.

This warranty is void if any modification is made to the equipment.  Installation and training must be properly completed by authorized personnel.  Equipment operation is to comply with all applicable safety standards and is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
